In addition, we offer spouse career programs which comprise an individual coaching program for partners of transferees relocating to the Netherlands. The total coaching program consists of 3 sessions and an interview face-to-face or by telephone. During our first interview we determine the wishes of the spouse and the available opportunities and we adapt our program accordingly. The outcome may be a job hunting program, or to identify voluntary work or study opportunities in the Netherlands. We are proud to claim a success ratio of over 80% within 6 months of starting the program.
We also offer special outplacement programs for expats who are made redundant and have limited time to find another position as a high-knowledge migrant. Included in the program is the evaluation of the status of the expat and the time frame we need to work in. This program consists of 6 half-day sessions within a limited period of time and can be conducted for groups of expats from the same company.
